ROYAL really goes above and beyond! We were uncertain about going through with our trip during these uncertain Covid-19 times and Giorgos answered all of our (many, many) questions in great detail and reserved his place for us so that we could verify some things on our end before making our booking. He is extremely communicative, kind and flexible and makes sure his cute little villa has everything his guests could need.

The Villa is huge, even when we had more families and friends with us, each one had its' own space and privacy. There are many different chill areas, and the Villa is pretty much isolated so there aren't next door guests. The view is to die for. All you see is the blue sea and the city of Heraklion in the distance. Crazy sunrises every morning. A perfect large swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen (We were travelling with kids and cooked every day). Giorgos, our contact, was extremely helpful, available for us with whatever we needed - from getting us a new BBQ, charging the internet, or recommending travel sites and restaurants. He is extremely devoted to the guests.

Fantastic villa, and great to relax and unwind there. Giorgos was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and making all the necessary arrangements to make sure our check in was safe during these times. He gave great tip for a local winery and his check in guide with local tips, taverns and markets was incredibly helpful. Would thoroughly recommend staying here and Giorgos will make sure everything is catered for during your stay!

This is a superb property, in a lovely rural location, but within easy reach of local amenities, beaches, and the highway if you wish to travel. The villa has a real wow factor, with lovely grounds, a nice pool, and plenty of room in a well decorated house. The local villages are charming, and relatively untouched by tourism, so visiting them is a must! Giorgios is 1st class host, always responsive and on hand should you need his help. otherwise we were free to use the property as own. A real home from home, we will be back.

We made in October, 8 days vacation at Villa Rosita. The house is very clean, lovingly furnished and comfortable. The garden and the pool are very well maintained and clean. Every second day came a gardener who has ensured the water quality of the pool, as well as its cleanliness. We are still very excited because the house exactly corresponds to the description and the pictures. Our one-year-old son traveled with us, for whom Giorgos has provided an extra baby cot. All sockets were childproof. Giorgos was always available for us and answered our questions quickly and competently. In the fridge we found on arrival food, as well as water for the first night and the first breakfast. We felt super cared for at all times and had a great, relaxing holiday. We can really recommend the house and Giorgos as host.

Gorgeous place! PICTURES ARE ACCURATE! Giorgos is a super host, there to help you with all your needs. The place is spotlessly clean, a private area, gorgeous views, close to airport, all in all this villa is the perfect spot for a vacation!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 5 STARS!!

Where to begin? What a tremendous hospitality we had. Thank you so much for your effort and time during our stay in Gouves. Apartment was just like we expected, lovely little peace of paradise just a minute walk from the sea. Thank you once again and if we don't come back, some of our friends will visit you for sure.

Amazing Villa with a friendly neighborhood.. the garden is amazing you will find lemons limes oranges ( according to season) beautiful sight seeing..a real paradise.. perfect place to unwind far from the city lulled by the sound of cicadas and crickets.. 15 mn by car from the airport..10 from the beach perfect location.. at last but not least big thank you to the host , Giorgos, a great character, who even filled the fridge with food so we could have breakfast on our first morning.. class act!!!!!

Don’t know where to begin. From the moment I booked, I felt so comfortable with Giorgos. His messages were so welcoming and helpful. He was very quick to respond to everything and helped as much as he could. This is a true Super Host. I felt immediately that it was like staying at a friend’s home. We enjoyed our time to the fullest. The house which is very clean and gorgeous is good located, 10 minutes away from heraklion airport. It also has a great pool where u can relax by. All the A/Cs worked well and u got all the things u need in the house. Giorgo is a very professional owner, u can ask him 24/7 if u have any questions. He knows also all the good places near or in heraklion where u can eat or drink fine. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder passen perfekt zusammen. Wir hatten wundervolle zweieinhalb Wochen in Kreta. Die Unterkunft besitzt alle Annehmlichkeiten wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war voll mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten, ebenso waren Getränke und eine Flasche Wein vorhanden, sodass auch bei einer späten Ankunft ein Einkauf für das erste Frühstück nicht notwendig ist. Der Empfang durch Giorgos ist einmalig, super netter Kontakt per Mail und Telefon im Vorfeld. Die Übergabe des Hauses ist einwandfrei, es gibt noch gute Tipps und den Hinweis, dass Giorgos 24/7 per Telefon, oder Mail erreichbar ist - perfekt. Danke für diese schönen zwei Wochen - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Отличное место для семейного отдыха. Апартаменты в отличном состоянии, есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Чего только стоит один вид заката на море с балкона. На самом деле продумана каждая мелочь. Невероятно гостеприимные хозяева, сориентируют по любому вопросы и дадут много дельных советов.

Giorgos has been very kind with us even before our arrival, just to make sure our holidays were superb, by providing us a guide to things to do, places to visit, etc. In terms of wine, he knows a lot. We bought some white and red wine and both were superb, thanks to his recommendation.

Giorgos ist ein super herzlicher Host mit tollen Insidertipps! Er hat sich super um uns gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Strand schläft man mit Wellenrauschen ein und wacht damit auch wieder auf.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage in einem kleinem Dorf, etwas abgelegen von Heraklion. Dort gibt es einen Bäcker, Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle. Die Beschreibung vom Haus kann man nur so übernehmen, einfach Traumhaft schöner Ausblick - da kann man jeden Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist klasse, hat eine schöne größe und wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber Giorgos, er ist ein super netter Typ, der auf alle Fragen eingeht und versucht auch den ein oder anderen Vorschlag zu machen für eine Lösung, für Ausflugsideen usw. Des Weiteren steht er während des Aufenthalts stetig in Kontakt mit einem und fragt von selbst ob alle in Ordnung ist. Wir können uns bei Ihm nur bedanken, es war ein super Urlaub und wir konnten erholt wieder nach Hause fliegen. Daumen Hoch wir können die Villa nur empfehlen
